Featuring members from other well-established bands such as Ferocious Dog & Unknown Era, the four-piece have combined their wealth of musical experience to create a signature style. Their unique blend of lively feel-good melodies, jazzy instrumentals and soulful harmonies create the instantly recognisable sound of Concrete Rose.
Nottinghamshire born Harlee Rosanna has spent years developing her craft through prolific songwriting and gigging across different cities. Harlee has a identifiable hearty voice, conveying her art with raw emotion and melancholy lyrics. Her latest single ‘Avalanche’ is available on all major platforms
Kitty Tray is not quite the lady she thinks she is, she has ideas well above her station and her view of herself as a person is far removed from the Alley Cat she really is! She has a heart of gold and sees herself as the next Loraine Kelly.
As she enters the stage she drags her past behind her, but then has the audience purring with delight as she entertains them with her live performance.
Maryam Din is a queer Muslim activist, writer and speaker who co-founded the QTIPOC Notts group. They can often be seen at LGBTQ+ protests and marches.
Miss Bowie and the New Killer Stars are a six piece live band tribute to the music of David Bowie, with an interesting twist of having a female lead vocalist. The band has handpicked songs from throughout Bowie’s career. Arranged with guitars and sax at the forefront, delivered with powerful and distinctive vocals, and a passionate performance, makes it a truly unique experience.
Ravelle-Sadé is a self proclaimed accidental poet and mental health advocate. After realising the impact of her honesty, she has been actively overcoming her own issues to share her insight with others through her “Poetic Perception”. She is passionate about trying to address societies taboos with the hope that it may help others to see that they aren’t alone.
Rob Green always drawn upon the varied genres of music he grew up with, including soul, RnB, indie and rock, and this has informed his own distinctive sound and style. Over the past two years he has performed at events such as Glastonbury, BBC Proms and UK Arena Tours as well as supporting The Whitney Houston BASE hologram tour and multiple GRAMMY winners – Earth Wind & Fire.
The Scream Queenz Comedy Chaos consists of Marilyn Sane, Selma Clitz, Claire-Leigh Knott and Madam Tess Tickles. They bring together a whole host of camp fun including lip sync performances, live singing and much more. They have been the hosts of Nottinghamshire Pride for several years and have brought laughter, entertainment and camp fun as well as sickening looks and truly fabulous performances.
Titty has been performing in Nottingham and nationally for over 10 years, entertaining audiences of all sizes, nationalities and various states of drunkenness. With a mixture of glamour and comedy, Titty gets the party started at every opportunity!
